It resets every hour
A scheduled job puts the password, the catalogue and the orders back to where they started and removes whatever was added. If something looks odd, somebody was probably in here five minutes before you.
Do not put real data in it
The credentials are public on this page: anyone who reads them is in the same account. Do not upload customers, addresses or price lists you would not want seen.
Payments are not taken
The orders you can see are made up and never went through Stripe. Taking real money needs an account of your own.
